GTD Implementation Guide

David Allen’s GTD Implementation Guide is a just-released PDF guide to help those who have read Getting Things Done to take it to the next level. There is a lot more detail to all steps of the process and how much time it is expected to take. It can be thought of as a part two of the book.

I am looking forward to reading this as soon as I get the time!

Let me know if you think it is worth it. Even though I have read all of Allen’s books I feel like I have never really implemented GTD like I should have.

I will be posting a review as soon as I have read it.

Maybe you should read Getting Things Done again and try following the ideas he lays out, like always determining a next action for a project, using contexts etc?

For implementing GTD you can use this web-based application:

    http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
Comes with a mobile version too, and with an Android app.
